Many of our clients come back after therapy has ceased for what they affectionately term "fine tuning", meaning, they return to us when they need further support or direction. This in itself states that they are happy and satisfied with our service. Additionally, our clients have referred their family and friends to us.

We also boast long term counsellors. Many of our core counsellors have been with us for more than ten years.

FOOD FOR THOUGHT

Latest research indicates that prolonged stress and depression may release unhealthy chemicals into the bloodstream that may bring about serious illness, impacting not only on the mind, but also on the physical body as a whole.
More information is now coming out about healthy thinking. Is having a healthy mind the SECRET to health and happiness?
