Face to Face Counselling
Our approach involves employing a variety of strategies and finding one that
is more suitable to the client's unique personality. Meaning, therapy will
always move forward in a positive and results focused way.
Our counsellors are warm and approachable. They are highly qualified and experienced. Our centre staff will assess you before booking you in with our counsellors. In other words, you know that you will be in good hands and seeing the Right counsellor for your particular concerns. Our rooms are private and confidential.
Email Consulting
Thinkright was one of the first counselling organisations in Australian to
provide quality online counselling and continue to do so today. We provide
affordable email consulting services allowing many individuals access to
professional advice, information and support, especially if they are in
rural areas or unable to attend counselling rooms.
Young and old alike report that they enjoy email consulting as it is quick,
affordable, private and convenient – and they don’t have to leave their home
or office.
Email consulting can be used on an on-going or now-and-again basis. It is up
to the individual how they use this service.

Telephone Counselling
Telephone counselling usually occurs when the individual have difficulty
accessing counselling rooms. They describe busy and hectic lifestyles and
working long hours.
Telephone counselling can be beneficial and can be arranged around your
schedule. Unlike face to face counselling, telephone counselling can be
provided at agreed upon times after hours.
Telephone counselling sessions usually run up to around 50 minutes per
session.

Private Health Fund Rebates
Our psychologists are registered with most private health funds in
Australia. If you are a member, you may be able to claim a rebate.
Medicare Rebates
Medicare rebates can be provided to people with an assessed mental
disorder that is being managed by their doctor. If your doctor or
psychiatrist refers you to one of our psychologists you may be
entitled to claim a Medicare rebate.
Court Orders
We also provide counselling services to offenders and others released on
bond and can provide on-going counselling and support as part of their
rehabilitation and conditions of their bond.
